This part-time role focuses on individualizing education for a 16-year-old student with a rare genetic condition, including arthrogryposis, scoliosis, and significant mobility limitations. As the dedicated virtual Special Education Teacher, you will make a meaningful impact by designing and delivering instruction tailored to the student’s unique strengths and needs, all within a flexible 10-hour-per-week schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customized lesson plans to support academic and personal growth in a one-on-one virtual format.
• Adapt instruction and materials to accommodate the student’s learning goals and physical abilities.
• Monitor progress, assess outcomes, and adjust strategies to ensure continued development.

Qualifications:
