About the Role:

Join Graceful Living Assisted Living LLC as a Dietary Manager in Carrboro, NC, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the nutritional well-being of our residents. Responsibilities:

Oversee meal planning and preparation to meet dietary requirements and preferences of residents.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.

Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.

Develop and implement nutrition programs that promote health and wellness.

Monitor inventory and order supplies to ensure kitchen efficiency.

Conduct regular assessments of residents' dietary needs and preferences.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support residents' health goals.

Maintain accurate records of food service operations and budgets.

Requirements:

Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field preferred.

Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in dietary management, preferably in assisted living or healthcare.

Strong knowledge of dietary regulations and food safety standards.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a passion for enhancing residents' quality of life.

Proficient in menu planning and nutritional analysis software.
