Regional HR Director - Strategy & People Leader

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Director - Rental to lead the HR function for a regional group. The HRD will provide consultative HR guidance and oversee strategic planning, partner engagement, retention, staffing, safety, compensation, benefits, training and development, performance management, succession, and employee relations.
The role requires 8+ years of HR generalist experience, travel up to 60% (including overnight), and the ability to train and develop HR personnel.
