Required Licensure & Certifications BLS ACLS NIHSS (Resource Team requirement) Skills Required General Med/Tele skillset: Stroke experience, cardiac rhythm interpretation, trach care, PIV starts, chest tube management, NGT placement, drain/tube management (Dobhoff, PEG tubes, Hemovac, JP drains, flexiseals, Foley insertion/management), PCA pumps Medication gtt management: Cardiac drips, Heparin, blood products, IVF Support within the Department CNA Receptionist/HUC Charge nurse – may or may not have patients Phlebotomy – peripheral blood draws IV/VAT Team: 11a‑7p, 11p‑7a Resource Nurse – as staffing allows

Hospitalist, 24/7 Intensivist – ICU provider in house until 11p M‑F, till 7p Sat/Sun, VCC coverage and on‑call Intensivist Telemetry monitoring/tech: none Technology / Equipment EMR: Epic IV Pump: Alaris Medication dispensing: Omnicell Monitors: Phillips Floating All units within scope at Mercy Within region and scope of practice Required to float per region needs – will require floating to all listed facilities as needed; decline if not agreeable Region 1 – Cabarrus, University City, Stanly, Lake Norman, Central Division (CMC Main + Mercy + LCH (Peds only) – could float to any of the facilities within region if the need arises Region 2 – Pineville, Anson, Union, Union West, Central Division (CMC Main + CMC Mercy + Levine Children’s Hospital) Region 3 – Cleveland, Kings Mtn, Lincoln, Central Division (CMC Main + Mercy + LCH) If floating mid‑shift, Traveler will be paid for the time traveling between facilities (will remain on the clock) RTO: Can approve up to 6 days off, excluding holidays – must add time to the end of the contract if unable to meet contracted hours Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks Other Notes Scrub color: Navy Parking: Free About TalentBurst, Inc TalentBurst Health & Life Sciences is an established provider of healthcare workforce solutions, servicing healthcare facilities across the United States for over 15 years.
