Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $18.95 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon04:00 PM - 09:00 PM Tue04:00 PM - 09:00 PM Fri10:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sat10:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns. Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and vendor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
