General Dentist Opportunity – Waunakee, WI (Madison, WI) – $200k First-Year Guarantee

Dental Care at Woodland Crest in Waunakee, WI , is seeking a General Dentist. This is a full-time role replacing a departing provider with an established patient base and immediate demand for care.

This opportunity offers a $200,000 first-year guarantee , full clinical autonomy, and the support of Heartland Dental. The practice provides a broad scope of care, including endodontics and clear aligner therapy, with the ability to build a productive schedule quickly.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 4 days per week.

What We’re Looking For:

• DDS/DMD Degree: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Wisconsin.

Physical Requirements:

• Tuberculosis (TB) Testing: As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions.
