In this role, you will remain visible, assist with security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.22 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitors and/or deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations to identify potential concerns and report maintenance, lighting, and/or access issues. Support vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow at gates and access points, provide directions when needed, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, departures, and security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Possess a valid TSA issued TWIC. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
