Job Summary:
The outpatient Physical Therapist position is located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing education to patients, families, and staff. Candidates are expected to demonstrate professionalism, adhere to regulatory standards, and participate in organizational performance improvement initiatives. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Carlisle, PA

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (10 hours); Tuesday and Friday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (some flexibility); minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active/applicable license for Pennsylvania; must bring license on first day
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired
• Additional Information: The role requires completing comprehensive patient evaluations, ensuring care under signed physician orders within insurance approval, participating in student programs, maintaining licensure and continuing education requirements, and engaging in performance improvement activities.
