What You'll Do Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy sessions Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Track and document client progress Partner with families and team members to support each child's success Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment Help children gain skills, confidence, and independence Compensation & Schedule Competitive Pay: $26.00 to $34.00 per hour Part-Time Opportunities Available Afternoon & Early Evening Shifts Alexandria, VA Area Perfect for professionals seeking flexible hours while making a meaningful impact.
