Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility and convenience of working remotely, utilizing telehealth services to connect with clients. Our technologically advanced platform allows you to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-ups in a user-friendly environment, ensuring that geographic barriers do not hinder access to quality mental health care. The work schedule is typically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate client needs.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic and coordinated care.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.

  • Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence.

  • Experience providing both individual and group therapy with a focus on diverse populations, employing inclusive therapeutic practices.
  • \n
  • Excellent crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients of varied backgrounds.

  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.

  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

  • At least 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling, ideally within a multicultural setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
