Compensation: $2163 - $2606 | Shift: 3x12 Days

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and provide nursing care for neonates in the NICU.
- Educate and support families throughout their NICU experience.
- Plan, implement, assess, and communicate all aspects of nursing care.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and mentor junior staff.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities based on skill levels and patient requirements.
- Maintain current BLS and BCLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant setting.
- At least 1 year of recent travel RN experience.
- NICU RN experience is mandatory.
This position involves working in a dynamic NICU environment, requiring adaptability and strong communication skills.
