Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers to create a positive and inviting store experience
- Assist customers by providing information about promotions and loyalty programs
- Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
- Tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor to maintain store presentation
- Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers
- Support overall store operations and uphold company standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth store functioning
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with customers and working as part of a team
- Able to meet physical demands, including frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs)
- Good vision and coordination for inspecting and handling merchandise
