AppleTree Staffing is currently hiring two experienced Phlebotomist- multiple locations. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, patient-focused environment where customer service and professionalism are key.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (rotating, typically 1 Saturday/month)
When working a Saturday, you will receive a weekday off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws (venipuncture), finger sticks, and other specimen collections with accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients and explaining procedures clearly
• Ensure patient comfort and professionalism at all times
• Process specimens and prepare them for transport
• Maintain inventory and ensure all equipment is clean and sterile
• Handle patient check-in, data entry, and documentation
• Educate patients on available lab services and testing options

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recent phlebotomy experience required
• Strong venipuncture skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Comfortable working with computers (data entry, email, basic systems)
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Certification (CMA or Phlebotomy) preferred
