Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand client concerns, including their emotional and psychological states, and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, addressing specific goals and challenges faced by clients.

  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using modalities suited to each client's unique needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or other relevant frameworks.

  • Provide timely crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and immediate support.

  • Document client progress, treatment plans, and notes systematically to maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards.

  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to deliver holistic care and ensure comprehensive treatment outcomes.

  • Advocate for clients by educating them and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources within the community.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and collaboration with colleagues to stay abreast of the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses a wide spectrum of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

  • Possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

  • Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline.

  • Exhibit strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to formulate effective treatment strategies.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse client population.

Preferred Experience\n

  • While previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, candidates at entry-level are also encouraged to apply, with appropriate educational qualifications.

  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling tools will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
