Travel LVN, Crescent City, CA

Shifts: AM 6am - 230pm, PM 2pm - 1030pm or NOC 10pm to 630am

Long-term contracts, 6 months with extensions

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LVN license in the state of CA. (Must be licensed for at LEAST 1 year)

• Driver’s License Identification

• BLS (American Heart Association only)

• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to individuals within the facility.

• Assess and address the healthcare needs of patients, including monitoring vital signs and conducting routine health checks.

• Administer medications as prescribed, adhering to established protocols and ensuring accurate documentation of dosage and frequency.

• Conduct health assessments to identify and address medical issues, collaborating with physicians as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recent LVN experience

• BLS from the American Heart Association (the only one accepted)

• A valid California LVN license in good standing

• Must have up to date vaccinations with documented status; or willing to get a booster

• Able to pass a background check and drug screen

• Must have reliable transportation to drive to work
