Be part of an organization that promotes from within and values employee development. Key Responsibilities For The Finance Manager Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning activities. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and financial analytics. Analyze profitability, pricing, margins, customer performance, and business trends. Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership teams. Support month‑end close, reconciliations, commissions, and financial reporting processes. Oversee financial controls, SOPs, inventory valuation, costing, and audit support activities. Qualifications For The Finance Manager Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Progressive experience across accounting, finance, and FP&A functions. Advanced Power BI and Excel analytics experience.
