Medical Surgical Oncology - Travel Registered Nurse- $2040 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 22 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Credentials: - Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Required Skills/Experience: - Telemetry interpretation. - Telemetry monitoring.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Oncology experience preferred but not required.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Common diagnoses include breast, lung, prostate, pancreatic, colon, and esophageal cancers, and encounters for antineoplastic chemotherapy. - 17 James cares for patients with solid tumor cancers throughout the cancer journey, from new diagnosis through treatment and transition to end-of-life care. - Heavy focus on infection prevention and patient falls. - Cares for patients with true med-surg issues.

Shift & Scheduling: - Day shift 07:00 - 19:30 or night shift 19:00 - 07:30. - Weekends variable based on unit needs.

Floating Requirements: - Floating required to other MedSurg Oncology units.
