• Engage homeowners inside Home Depot and turn conversations into qualified leads
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates to generate referrals
• Set up and manage in-store marketing events
• Represent Better Bath at home shows and local events
• Track performance and consistently push to exceed goals

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Sales-minded with the ability to guide conversations toward action
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Competitive and goal-driven mindset
• Weekend availability (peak earning times)

• Base pay: $22–$27/hour
