Job Title: Dental Assistant – 1st Shift
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Dental Assistant to provide chairside support, assist with patient care, and help maintain efficient daily dental office operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
- Prepare restorative and prosthetic materials.
- Take digital X-rays and maintain electronic dental records.
- Ensure OSHA compliance with infection control and sterilization.
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and monitor supply inventory.
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient communication.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene.
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous Dental Assistant experience preferred.
- Experience with digital X-rays and electronic dental records.
- Knowledge of OSHA infection control standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and patient care skills.
