Guest Experience Specialist - Front Desk

Four Points Charleston is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally. You will check guests in/out, handle payments, and promote hotel services while upselling to maximize guest satisfaction. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong typing and computer skills.
