What You'll Be Doing Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to move and load materials Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly Maintain material flow to support production and customer demand Follow safety procedures, traffic patterns, and site-specific operating rules Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment or quickly develop proficiency Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment Dependable attendance and flexibility to meet operational needs Basic mechanical awareness and willingness to learn equipment operation Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
