Real Estate Analyst

Real Estate Director. Must have relevant recent experience! Established real estate ownership group seeking a polished, seasoned real estate professional to join a growing and entrepreneurial team. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to play a key role across acquisitions, development, asset management, finance, and underwriting within a diverse and expanding portfolio. The firm currently owns and manages a mix of retail, residential, and industrial properties, with a growing pipeline of industrial development and redevelopment projects. Responsibilities Analyze and underwrite new acquisition and development opportunities Assist with financial modeling, investment analysis, and deal structuring Oversee aspects of development and redevelopment projects from planning through execution Work closely with ownership on portfolio strategy and growth initiatives Coordinate with brokers, lenders, attorneys, contractors, architects, and property managers Monitor property and portfolio performance, budgets, and reporting Support financing, refinancing, and capital improvement initiatives Evaluate market trends and identify new investment opportunities Qualifications Strong background in real estate acquisitions, finance, underwriting, and development Experience working with retail, residential, and/or industrial assets Sophisticated financial and analytical skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Highly polished, professional, and detail-oriented Strong communication and relationship management abilities Self-starter with long-term growth mindset Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for someone looking to grow alongside a small but expanding real estate group where they can gain meaningful exposure, work directly with leadership, and have a significant impact on the company’s continued growth.
