Project Manager - Telecommunications

About the Role:

As the Project Manager - Telecom , you will drive the end-to-end delivery of critical telecommunications projects from initial concept through to successful completion. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can seamlessly balance resource allocation, strict timelines, and budgets while ensuring all outcomes align with our broader organizational objectives.

In this role, you will champion cross-functional collaboration, keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication, and proactively mitigate risks. By utilizing industry-standard best practices and modern solutions, you will ensure our telecom initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards—directly contributing to our growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Direct the planning and execution of complex telecommunications projects to ensure they support key business goals.
• Resource Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external third-party partners to facilitate flawless execution.
• Project Planning: Create comprehensive project blueprints, defining scope, milestones, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Performance Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project metrics and milestones, proactively making strategic adjustments to keep delivery on track.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide transparent, regular updates regarding project health, milestones, potential risks, and solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Project Management, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Proven track record working as a Project Manager specifically within the telecommunications sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of core project management methodologies, frameworks, and tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent credential.
• Methodologies: Practical experience working within Agile project management frameworks.
• Industry Trends: Strong familiarity with emerging telecommunications technologies and market trends.
