RN -Behavioral Health

RN (Registered Nurse) - Adolescent/Pediatric Behavioral Health/ Psychiatric Care

To provide nursing care for children and adolescents in an inpatient care, residential care, and group home settings in the Greensboro Area

Seeking candidates that are patient care driven and have excellent customer service skills. Must have excellent critical thinking skills and be able to work independently.

PRN coverage for 7AM-3PM, 7AM-7PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM, 7PM-7AM shifts in Greensboro, NC

Pay Ranges from $39.00 - $42.75 per hour

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse:

• Administer medications via oral or IM
• Admit patients and complete assessments
• Interact with patients including with group therapies
• Retrieve patient vitals and history and
• Document med concerns and illnesses
• Schedule treatment and appointments

Specific Qualifications of the Registered Nurse (RN)

• Current and unrestricted RN license to practice in NC
• CPR (no online courses)
• 1 year experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehab, ER, Medical, Surgical, Psych, Detox, or Behavioral Health Unit
• Strong assessment and organizational skills
• Great communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently or with other staff members
• Physical ability to walk, lift, stand, bend, kneel, see, hear and talk clearly
