Custodian – FT Evenings and WeekendsCome join the YMCA and LOVE YOUR JOB!This position cleans and maintains building and exterior grounds areas to provide a safe and clean environment for members and program participants.Responsibilities:Performs daily cleaning duties that include:Dry mops and wet mops floorsCleans restrooms, locker rooms, and shower areasDusts, vacuums, remove trash and clean around equipmentClears snow and ice from walkways, driveways and other areas as neededQualifications:18 years of age or older.Knowledge of standard cleaning and safety procedures, including restroom sanitation proceduresKnowledge of safe operation of standard and/or electrical floor or carpet care, custodial equipment, lawn care equipment and laddersAbility to work weekends and holidaysAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsThe YMCA of Dane County is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
