GUEST ADMISSIONS REPRESENTATIVE

Longwood Gardens is seeking seasonal Guest Admissions Representatives to assist in renting scooters and strollers, as well as scan tickets and Membership cards at our access point . The work schedule varies and requires working a minimum of four shifts per week including weekends, nights, and some holidays during the seasonal employment period. Gardens' hours vary in the autumn months but are 10:00am to 11:00pm daily from November 20 through January 10.

The seasonal employment period for this role is September 14, 2026 to January 10, 2027.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Exceptional customer service, communication, and hospitality skills
• The ability to lift 30 pounds
• Basic computer skills
• The ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including varying temperatures, weather, and physical environments
• The ability to work standing or sitting for long periods of time
