Test rigs will vary in complexity and application across multiple test stands, and laboratories, and engine programsResponsible for setup and installation of test rigs.Responsible for creating data collection profilesResponsible for safe operation of test rigs and data collectionResponsible for raw data interrogation and troubleshooting.Responsible for repair and maintenance of test stand and laboratory spaces, including preservation.Who we’re looking for:At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. They are the fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles.Basic Qualifications:Associate's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 3 + years experience ORBachelors Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 1+ year of experience ORMaster's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology ORJD/PhDMust be a US citizen to be considered for this rolePreferred Requirements:Strong analytical skills with demonstrated mechanical and electronics troubleshooting experienceFundamental understanding of data acquisition and instrumentation functionalityDemonstrate written and oral communication to a variety of audiencesStrong documentation skills and procedural improvement & complianceEfficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, WordExperience with National Instruments LabViewExperience with hydraulic control equipmentExperience with fundamental mechanical or material testingExperience with design of experiments and control of variablesExperience with gas turbine engines, and gas turbine engine hardwareAirframe (A) and Powerplant (P) license would be preferredFlexibility to adjust job assignments depending on priority and program demandsWhat we offer:We offer excellent development opportunities, a competitive salary, and exceptional benefits.These include bonus, employee support assistance and employee discounts.Your needs are as unique as you are.
