What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Manage a caseload independently, supporting patients with general orthopedic, sports medicine, pediatric, neuro-specific, and spinal diagnoses
• Implement personalized treatment plans using EMR systems (Wellsky) and department-specific equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention strategies
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely
• Support departmental protocols and participate in orientation sessions

What You Need:

• Current Louisiana PT license
• Minimum 1+ years outpatient PT experience
• Knowledge of EMR systems (Wellsky, Meditech Expanse)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Experience with complex and medically fragile patient populations
