Facilities Call Center Specialist

What the job is like

• Pay: $35.50 per hour
• Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday
• Shifts: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (30-minute lunch break)
• Location: Menlo Park, CA
• Duration: 06 months or 12 months

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 4-6 years of call center or customer service experience
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in using call center tools are helpful

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working grave shift
• Cisco phone systems

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, triaging emergency and non-emergency requests
• Dispatch Facilities personnel using internal systems (EAMS) based on priority and urgency
• Monitor radio communications and coordinate responses during critical situations
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and work orders in dispatch systems
• Gather and document essential information from callers to support effective response
• Track personnel status and ensure efficient deployment of resources
• Collaborate with supervisors, security teams, and other departments
• Prepare daily/weekly reports using systems like Microsoft Word and Excel
• Participate in team huddles and 1:1 meetings with supervisors and managers
• Ensure adherence to procedures and maintain high standards of call quality and service
