Honda Development & Manufacturing of America seeks a Data Analytics & BI Principal Specialist to lead enterprise analytics and reporting that power smarter manufacturing and product decisions. In this role, you will architect data models, pipelines, and BI solutions that deliver trusted KPIs and actionable insights to engineering, operations, and leadership. You’ll own our BI standards, mentor analysts, and partner across teams to optimize quality, productivity, and cost. Working in an engineering-driven, collaborative culture, you’ll help advance Honda’s innovation, safety, and sustainable mobility goals using modern data and analytics practices.
