Process Analyst

Location: Clayton, NC Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay Rate: $25.34/hour Duration: 12-Month Contract We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Process Specialist to support manufacturing operations within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role works closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, investigate process issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Support production operations by assisting with deviation investigations, containment activities, and root cause analysis. Partner with Quality Assurance and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements. Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement corrective actions. Perform process confirmations and compliance checks within manufacturing operations. Review batch production records and related documentation as needed. Utilize Microsoft Office applications and company systems to document findings, track actions, and support operational activities. Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve processes. Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Qualifications Associate degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical field preferred. High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of manufacturing experience will also be considered. Previous pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred. Experience supporting environmental monitoring activities is highly desirable. Knowledge of GMP regulations and manufacturing documentation preferred. Strong written communication and documentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
