Apply today to learn more about this opportunitySoliant Education is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide onsite behavioral support services for Crowley ISD during the 2026–2027 school year . This position will support students across K–12 grade levels by providing behavioral consultation, conducting assessments, and developing evidence-based interventions to promote student success.

Position Details

• Full-Time
• Onsite Only
• Assignment Dates: August 10, 2026 – June 4, 2027
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Caseload: K–12 (based on district needs)

Caseload & Responsibilities

• Support approximately 50–75 students with behavioral support needs
• Manage approximately 8–15 intensive behavior cases
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide behavioral consultation and support to students, teachers, and campus teams
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with special education staff, administrators, teachers, and families
• Provide training and coaching on evidence-based behavioral strategies
• Participate in IEP, MTSS, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support positive behavior systems across assigned campuses

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and evidence-based interventions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to support students across a variety of grade levels (K–12)
