The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business users, operational
teams, project teams, technical resources, and external vendors. This role
combines business analysis, operational support, system testing, technical
troubleshooting, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement
responsibilities.
The Technical Support Specialist will assist in identifying operational and system
issues, gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting testing
activities, analyzing business processes, coordinating issue resolution efforts, and
recommending solutions that improve operational performance and user
experience.
Scope of Work:
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and operational
requirements through stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, operational teams, technical
resources, and project stakeholders to support solution development and
implementation.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for
process improvement, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.
• Provide first-line business and technical support by investigating operational
and system-related issues and coordinating resolution efforts.
• Support system testing activities, including the development and execution
of test plans, test cases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution
validation.
• Document business processes, system findings, requirements, workflows,
and recommendations to support project and operational objectives.
• Gather, interpret, and analyze operational data, business metrics, and key
performance indicators (KPIs) to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to identify
issues, evaluate solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, dashboards, and status
updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support operational readiness, system implementations, and other project
activities as assigned.
