About the Role

This role sits at the front door of our revenue engine .

As an Outbound SDR professional , you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and qualifying prospects through outbound outreach, supporting the sales team throughout the deal cycle, and ensuring prospects receive a best-in-class buying experience from first touch to close.

This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity designed for someone who wants to prove themselves quickly and grow into a long-term sales or revenue role. You will be in the office five days a week in downtown Monterey, working side-by-side with leadership and the sales team.

What You’ll Do

Identify prospects, present our solution, set up a call for Sales, and repeat. 

Own the Top of the Funnel

  • Research and map target accounts, identifying high-potential prospects in our ICP.
  • Build and manage data-driven outreach lists with Clay, Apollo, Leadspicker, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Be Relentless in Outreach

  • Run multi-channel outbound campaigns — cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn DMs — with a focus on personalization and conversion.
  • Hit and exceed activity and meeting-booked targets.
  • Leverage the Best Tools in the Game
  • HubSpot CRM for tracking and reporting.
  • Instantly, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn for automation and precision targeting.

Feed the Sales Machine

  • Qualify leads, set meetings, and hand off warm, high-intent prospects to Sales.
  • Share real-time market intel with marketing and leadership to sharpen messaging and campaigns.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Mental Athletes with a “hunter-killer,” win-every-time mentality who bring a total problem-solving mindset to their role every day
  • Persistence-Always-Wins mentality — you’re not afraid to pick up the phone, send 100+ emails, and track down decision-makers.
  • Proven track record in outbound B2B sales or SDR roles, ideally in a high-growth startup.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot , Clay , Instantly , Apollo , Leadspicker , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Competitive drive with a love for hitting (and smashing) goals.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and able to thrive in the fast-moving chaos of an early-stage company.Proven track record of at least 3 years in a deal-closing AE role, demonstrating consistent success
  • Experience in sales/account executive role(s)
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions to executive-level stakeholders is preferred
  • Independent, self-motivated, responsible and painstakingly diligent
  • Professionalism centered on integrity and exceptional quality client service
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting / Management / Business Administration or related fields (preferred)
  • References from previous colleagues/employers is a must.

  • Willingness to work in-office, five days per week, in Monterey, CA .
  • Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
  • Professionalism rooted in integrity and quality client service.

Compensation & Growth

This is a contract-to-permanent role , with clear performance benchmarks for conversion to full-time.
