Florida Litigation Attorney

The Law Offices of Jibrael S. Hindi is seeking a seasoned Florida litigator who wants more than a salary. We are building for attorneys who are hungry, self-motivated, and ready to win. What you'll bring

• 5+ years of litigation experience in Florida state and federal courts.
• Admission to practice law in Florida.
• Demonstrated experience with depositions and trial preparation.
• Exceptional legal writing, strong research skills, and solid command of procedure.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes matters.
• Arbitration experience, including substantive briefing, is a plus.

What you'll do

• Advise clients and draft persuasive motions, pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
• Research legal issues using LexisNexis and Westlaw to develop case strategy and address procedural requirements.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, court proceedings, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
• Manage deadlines, case files, and litigation records using case management systems.
• Keep clients informed while exercising sound judgment and protecting confidentiality.
