Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Providing therapy to couples and families, creating tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and circumstances.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions that focus on personal issues impacting relationships and family dynamics.

• Addressing various challenges such as alcohol and substance abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, job stress, and communication difficulties among family members.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapies and approaches in treatment, ensuring the highest standard of care is met.

• Documenting and maintaining accurate patient records as per organizational standards and legal requirements.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and referrals when necessary.
