Mazda & Kia of Fargo is actively hiring a full‑time Automotive Warranty Administrator / Warranty Booker / Service Department Coordinator to join our growing dealership team in Fargo, North Dakota. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer‑focused professional with strong communication, administrative, and dealership support skills. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive warranty administration, dealership accounting, service department operations, customer service, cashiering, or automotive office support. Compensation & Benefits Earn up to $24/hour + commission Paid training Career growth opportunities Employee vehicle purchase plans Family‑owned and operated dealership Long‑term job security Health and wellness benefits Flexible work schedule Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Supportive team environment Responsibilities Process and book automotive warranty claims accurately and efficiently Assist with dealership accounting and administrative functions Oversee service drive flow and help ensure excellent customer service Provide prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to customers in person and over the phone Support service advisors, technicians, and dealership personnel as needed Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently Assist with repair orders, invoicing, payment processing, and cashiering responsibilities Calculate customer bills using dealership software and accounting systems Accept and process cash, check, and credit card payments Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist managers with clerical and administrative duties Help maximize technician productivity and service department efficiency Maintain strong communication with customers, service staff, and management teams Qualifications Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, Warranty Booker, Automotive Billing Clerk, Service Department Coordinator, Automotive Cashier, Service Advisor Assistant, or Automotive Office Administrator preferred Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Basic accounting and administrative experience preferred Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced dealership environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and computer skills Ability to work flexible weekday and weekend hours Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required Must be willing to complete a pre‑employment background check and drug screening Equal Opportunity Employer Mazda & Kia of Fargo is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace for all employees and applicants.
