Qualifications 2+ years Dealership F&I Manager experience (required) Strong Customer Service Focus (required) Attention to detail and CIT (required) Self‑motivated with ability to set and achieve targeted goals (required) CDK experience (highly preferred) Enjoy making customers happy (required) Compensation The California pay range is $11,000.00‑$15,000.00 monthly. This performance‑driven position is eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives, including commissions based on product and reserve income, and bonuses tied to net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay may vary with skill, experience, and location.
