No insurance experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know about Medicare, insurance, and serving clients with confidence. We're not looking for the perfect resume. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, works hard, is coachable, and wants to build a long-term career. We can teach Medicare. We can't teach integrity, work ethic, or a positive attitude.

Compensation

• Base Commission $26,000/yr
• Uncapped commission opportunities (our minimum first-year commission expectation is $25,000)
• Annual performance bonuses
• Annual pay raise, normally between $15,000-$20,000/yr

What You'll Do

• Help clients choose Medicare plans that fit their needs
• Build lasting relationships with clients
• Learn from experienced mentors through hands-on training
• Attend community events and educational seminars
• Assist with office operations and client service
• Play an important role in helping grow one of Las Vegas' fastest-growing Medicare agencies

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work. The right person is self-motivated, dependable, and doesn't need constant supervision. We provide plenty of training and support, but we also trust our team members to think, solve problems, and take initiative. If you're the kind of person who likes setting goals, challenging yourself, and being rewarded for your performance, you'll fit right in here.

You don't need insurance experience. We'll teach you that.  If you already have a Life & Health license, that's a bonus, but it's not required.
