As an Incentive Compensation Associate within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.

Job Description

Under supervision, administers and executes non-annual incentive compensation.

Executes day to day administration of non-annual incentive compensation for applicable business segments within the organization.

Monitors compliance with internal controls through auditing and testing of incentive inputs and outputs. Provides applicable analytics and modeling to support overall organizational financial and operational soundness.

Leverages various forms of technology in support of incentive calculations and analytics for applicable business segments.

Provides day to day research and communication for field inquiries. Leads business-specific projects designed to enhance employee awareness and understanding.

Base Salary: $41,250.00 $68,750.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
