Salary: $83,200 - 101,920 per year Requirements:

• 8–10 years of progressive graphic design experience in a fast-moving agency, boutique studio, or corporate marketing environment
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint to produce polished, enterprise-level materials under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to oversee complex design initiatives from concept through final delivery while keeping cross-functional partners aligned
• Bachelors degree in Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or Graphic Design
• Strong strategic communication skills
• Familiarity with After Effects, brand identity, paid social, digital advertising, presentations, and experiential creative work
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

• Lead end-to-end creative development across digital, print, motion, paid social, and experiential channels to support stronger brand engagement
• Turn business objectives and creative briefs into compelling visual ideas that reinforce brand positioning and message consistency
• Produce brand-consistent assets such as corporate identity systems, executive presentations, product launch materials, and integrated digital ad campaigns
• Confidently present design concepts to stakeholders, explain the strategic thinking behind recommendations, and uphold high quality standards across all deliverables
