Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN), Medical-Surgical / Orthopedics – Colorado

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Thornton, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; 5:1 patient ratio; 29-bed Medical-Surgical Ortho unit with flex capacity

Highlights:

• Medical-Surgical Orthopedics unit specializing in post-operative surgical patients
• Remote telemetry monitoring and cardiac drip management including amiodarone, diltiazem, and heparin
• Meditech EMR system in use
• Collaborative team environment with charge nurse, RN colleagues, and Assistant Care Technician support
• High-energy unit with a supportive and fun team culture
• Travel RN assignment with opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care setting

Requirements:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical acute care experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Prior Meditech experience strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and high energy personality
