Divine Beverage Services, LLC, DBA Scooter's Coffee is looking for enthusiastic Coffee Baristas who are ready to serve up amazing drinks with an even more amazing smile. We believe every customer deserves a fast, friendly, and fun experienceand it all starts with our team.
Starting Pay: $10.00$13.00 per hour, based on experience.
Our team members work flexible schedules within our operating hours:
- Monday Friday: 5:30 AM 9:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM 8:00 PM
Morning, afternoon, evening, weekday, weekend, and holiday availability is a plus.
What you'll do:
- Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso, smoothies, teas, and specialty beverages.
- Deliver amazing customer service with a positive attitude and a genuine smile.
- Welcome every guest and create a fun, friendly, and memorable experience.
- Accurately take customer orders and process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
- Work as part of a fast-paced team to provide quick and efficient service.
- Restock products and assist with daily opening and closing duties.
- Learn Scooter's Coffee recipes and quality standards through our training program.
What we're looking for:
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality.
- Customer service-driven with a passion for helping others.
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Previous coffee shop, restaurant, or retail experience is a plusbut not required. We'll train the right person!
