Duration: Temp-to-Perm
Work Shift : 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Board-Level PCB Testing & Troubleshooting: Proven ability to test, diagnose, and isolate failures on fully assembled, populated PCBs right out of the box without requiring ground-up training.
- Perform final product and circuit board PCB testing in accordance with written procedures, calibration standards, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair finished medical devices, accurately documenting all service and repair results.
- Assemble, troubleshoot, and test electronic and electromechanical medical devices as required.
- Provide general technical support to engineering and manufacturing operations.
- Maintain manufacturing test areas in compliance with standard written procedures and safety protocols.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move materials up to 35 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Board-Level PCB Testing Troubleshooting: Proven ability to test, diagnose, and isolate failures
- on fully assembled, populated PCBs right out of the box without requiring ground-up training.
Marginal / Secondary Duties:
- Perform testing across a variety of equipment, recording and analyzing results in standardized formats to provide to product and engineering teams.
Education & Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree in Electronics required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of technical work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Industry Preference: Direct experience within the medical device manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
