They will assist in implementing commodity strategies, driving supplier performance improvements in cost, quality, and delivery, and contributing to cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and working capital goals. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier issues, support contract management, and enable continuous improvement, while maintaining awareness of market trends and supporting supplier involvement in product development.What You’ll Do: Review spend and sourcing practices to support smarter, more efficient strategiesHelp consolidate suppliers, standardize processes, and reduce costsIdentify and evaluate suppliers that meet quality and performance needsContribute to AOP goals, including cost savings, efficiency, and lead-time improvementsSupport supplier performance to meet business and productivity targetsAssist in developing and managing supply agreementsStay informed on market trends and supplier capabilitiesCollaborate with Procurement and Quality teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvementWho You Are: A creative thinker and do-er who enjoys solving problems and implementing solutions.A lifelong learner with a passion for advancing your career and raising your hand when opportunities arise. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.$95,000 - $115,000 per year.
