Service Manager - First Aid and Safety

Service Manager Manage a customer‑facing service team, covering hiring, performance management, and safety leadership. Resolve customer issues, train on sales techniques, and drive goodwill to customers while achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals. Oversee budgeting and operational issues. Provide hands‑on support by visiting customers, driving company vehicles, and assisting with product delivery.
