Seven Healthcare are seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Long Term Care to join their team on a per diem basis in Uniontown, PA. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in long-term care settings
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and families on health management and care options

Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care

Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience in long-term care or related healthcare settings
BLS certification required
