Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Merrimack, NH
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR role that guarantees you weekly home time and involves minimal physical labor? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Northeast with excellent equipment and competitive pay. Enjoy the liberty of over-the-road driving while adhering to a schedule that ensures you return home every week.
Home Time:
- Home each week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured for steady miles, allowing you to maintain family time and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for effective heating and cooling.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there is safe parking available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, resulting in minimal physical work and enabling you to concentrate on driving and maximizing efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers average between $1,000 to $1,450 weekly, depending on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Northeast regional routes from Maine to Virginia, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
