Law Clerk — Consumer Rights & Bankruptcy (In-Person)

Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is seeking a law clerk for the Consumer Rights Project, Bankruptcy unit, to work hands-on with clients and develop interviewing skills. The clerk will assist the lead attorney and advocate to analyze issues arising from potential Chapter 7 cases, may perform legal research and memo writing, participate in client interviews, and present cases at weekly reviews.
