Multi-Site Maintenance Manager — On-Call & Team Lead

Roers Companies is seeking a dedicated Multi-Site Maintenance Manager for The Bluffs of Williston (ND) and Sidney Apartments (MT). You will supervise maintenance staff, handle repairs, and manage unit turns to keep residents safe and satisfied. Expect to work a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotations, and participate in an extensive benefits package.
